Shipping & Handling Policy
Wares Direct has made a decision to only offer limited shipping options to our customers. Our reasoning that we would rather meet or exceed your expectations than make promises that we cannot keep. The timing involved for overnight and express shipping is not something that can be managed easily via the Internet because of time zones and daily shipment cut off times. If you have a special need to receive an item faster than what we offer at our website, please contact our customer service team. We want to be very hands on for expedited orders to make sure that we can deliver as you expect or we will not tell you that we can.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we believe that what others' tell you they can do, will not always be the case. We do not want to get that kind of reputation. Thank you for your shopping with us.
Wares Direct uses the following shipping methods:

**Plus any special order lead time where applicable
Common carrier freight can be used for commercial sites with and without loading docks, and for shipment to residential addresses. However, if we are shipping to a site without a loading dock, please put special instructions for us into the notes field of your order, and we will verify arrangements with you. Thank you.

Important
- Wares Direct cannot to a P.O. Box. For insurance purposes we must ship to a physical street address.
- Wares Direct cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please contact our customer service in these cases.
- Wares Direct is committed to providing accurate and cost effective shipping prices and methods. The shipping amount charged at our website during the checkout process is an initial estimate and the actual shipping may be lower or higher. Our Sales department will contact you in the case the amount needs to be adjusted.
- Special order items have extended lead times for shipping. Our customer service team will provide you with this information in your order.
- Special order items and NON-RETURNABLE (except in the case of damage). These products are made to order.
- Special order glassware is NON-RETURNABLE because of the fragile nature of the product and the high risks involved in shipping safely.
- Wares Direct will not ship outside of the continental United States, except in the case of Hawaii and Alaska where 2nd day air rates will apply.
Handling Fees
We must charge a minimal handling fee to cover the cost to us for repacking products that are either very fragile or need to be repacked from a larger quantity packaging in which it arrives to us. Our handling fees are listed below:
