How To Contact Wares Direct
There are several ways in which you are able to communicate with our customer service staff. We have specialized representatives for different customer communication needs as follows:
1. Product Support
Should you have questions on a particular product, you have the ability to ask product questions directly from the product page. When viewing a product page, just click on "ask a question", and enter your question. Whether it be about shipping, product features, or special pricing, it will be logged into our system and addressed by our staff all weekdays during business hours.
2. Order Support
You can easily check status on all of your orders right from the front page of our site. At www.waresdirect.com, click on "ORDER MANAGEMENT" at the top of the page. You will be requested to enter your shipping zip code and email address to view all of your orders. Should you have questions concerning an existing order, you can easily enter a comment for that order right there. It will be logged into our system and our staff will respond to you quickly all weekdays during business hours. This process gives both you and our staff a complete audit trail from within the order so that we can better track all order communications and make sure that your needs are addressed quickly.
3. General and Immediate Support
Should you require immediate assistance from our staff on an order in our system, you can reach us at 404.461.9400. If our customer service representatives are working with other customers and you are asked to leave a message, please do so. We do not believe in keeping our customers on hold waiting for us and we will return your call just as quickly as we can.
4. Sales Support
Should you have need to speak to one of our sales people for special pricing, bulk pricing, or just to ring up your purchase with a live person, please call us toll free at 1.404.461.9400 during normal business days until 6PM EST. If our sales professionals are working with other customers and you are asked to leave a message, please do so. We do not believe in keeping our potential customers on hold waiting for us and we will return your call just as quickly as we can.
